1. Basic qualification
- BS/BA Pharmacist or Doctor background.
2. Minimum experience
- Fresh graduation or 1-2 years of experience in similar positions at MNC.

1. Main mission:
Builds and executes business plans for the assigned territory
2. Main tasks and responsibilities
- Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
- Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorize based on therapeutics area based on their needs and promotes the products
- Serve as a product expert/ key contact to the customer, to respond to their enquiries, ensure that Servier products are available to more patients.
- Ensure to give on time feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaignsimplemented.
- Give customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Ensure high quality of required reports and maintain quality data in key customer database.
- Effectively communicate with co-promotion colleague and relevant members of other teams in order to understand, maximize and drive territory.
3. Hierarchy and functional report
The Medical Representative reports to Team Leader or Area Manager and acts as individual contributor
