- Pharmacist or Doctor background.
- At least one-year experience at a similar position or at least three-year experience of Medical Rep position at multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Successful experience in sales, both in qualitative and quantitative parameters.
- Good capacity to identify business drivers and to assess return on investment.
- Ability to take initiative and to identify decision process at hospital channel.
- Strong leadership, fluent communication and good interpersonal skills.
