Yêu cầu

  • Pharmacist or Doctor background.
  • At least one-year experience at a similar position or at least three-year experience of Medical Rep/ Drug Introduction position at multinational pharmaceutical companies.
  • Successful experience in sales, both in qualitative and quantitative parameters.
  • Good capacity to identify business drivers and to assess return on investment.
  • Ability to take initiative and to identify decision process at hospital channel.
  • Strong leadership, fluent communication and good interpersonal skills.

    Chi tiết

    1. Main mission:

    • Develop business results through expanding product awareness and providing technical support/ guidance to stakeholders

     

    2. Responsibilities:

    • To lead the business-support management at hospitals.
    • To promote our products to Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs).
    • To reinforce the scientific support of our key products among TAEs.
    • To participate and organize scientific events and projects. • To analyze the business results and build an action plan for assigned territory.

     

    3. Hierarchy and functional report:

    • The Key Account Specialist reports to Key Account Manager
