Yêu cầu
• University of pharmacy /medicine degree, additional business education is an advantage
• At least 3 years working in ETC channel or 2 years as Manager (KAM). At least one year- experience in hospital tender (Experience in women health is an advantage.)
• Good at Organizing, Planning & Aligning performance for success
• Strong Selling, Influencing & Problem-solving skills
• English and Vietnamese communicational competences
• Very active and combinative personality and proven Negotiation skills
• IT skills (MS software, data managing)
• Experience in public speaking, presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of cross-functional team

Chi tiết
A/ Hospital Enlisting for reimbursement:
• Collecting Tender information from different sources independently e.g. including policies, point system, insurance formulations list, tender packages, tender committee contact list, schedule of tender
• Ensure listing of all possible products in all hospitals, both at in- and outpatient departments
• Manage & keep updated all products’ tender situation in relevant territories requested
• Working closely with all stake holders of the tender process including third parties.
• Managing the full scale of tender process including local distributor activities
• Monitoring MOH/SOH regulations on tender
B/ Key account management (KAM) in public and private sector:
• Field work to communicate and understand hospital tender policy & specific requirement in key accounts at the hospitals and private sectors
• Developing the key account programs to fit with the business growth
• Working out with key accounts for the specific programs, negotiation and proposals.
• Tracking the KAM programs and report to the relevant brands/ project leaders
C/ Developing the Value Pack/ Health Economic:
• Discussion with the Group Health Economic/ market access team, brand team to fully taking charge to the HEOR Value Pack for the reimbursed proposals.
• Adapt the global health economic packs into the local requirement and conditions
• Conduct the events re these activities to the key accounts in public sectors
• Proposal to the JBP (Joint Business Planning) for the key accounts
