- University Medicine/ Pharma degree or Doctor degree
- Minimum one years in same position detailing in a multinational company of pharmaceutical products
- Able to work under high pressure and travel frequently
- Dynamic, self-motivated and responsible.

Chi tiết
Managing team:
- Supervise all MRs in order to keep company regulation
- Control day-to-day sales operation
- Coaching MRs to align with sales target and allocate area for MRs
- Managing talents
Managing performance:
- Supervise & check all MRs’ job performance
- Follow sales performance & working attitude of each MR
Managing Business:
- Coordinate with RSM on planning and assigning sales target and allocate area for MRs
- Organize product presentation for customers
- Coordinate with RSM to setting budget for sales/promotion expenses related to sales activities
- Present products to small group of customers
- Manage vacancies by recruiting MRs in collaboration with HR
- Sales target achieve must be over 100%, expenses should be less than 100%

- Understood, monitored, respected and followed all company and industry compliance topics/requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
