Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical
Certification:
Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment, health policy
Working experience:
Appropriate 5 years of experience in Pharma industry at Manager level. Experience on cross TAs is in advanced
Well understanding/knowledge HC system
Well relationship with all HAs/stakeholders mentioned above
Competencies:
HC knowledge and networking.
Demonstrated ability to build valuable customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to effectively execute project management
Demonstrated ability to leverage cross-functional partnerships that are aligned with business goals.
Good digital practice/mindset enough to engage customers to be familiar and act on digital platform
Skills:
Cross functional collaborative experience.
Very good communication in written and spoken and listened English skills, especially in Medical English. Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external customer.

The HAS (Healthcare Access Specialist)– Oncology is responsible for leading and executing access strategies across the oncology portfolio in Vietnam. This role ensures timely and sustainable patient access to innovative oncology therapies through strategic pricing, reimbursement, stakeholder engagement, and policy shaping.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Access Planning
Develop and implement access strategies aligned with brand objectives and national health priorities.
Lead NRDL submission planning and execution for oncology brands
Collaborate with regulatory and medical teams to support dossier preparation and health economic modeling.
2. Pricing Management
Define pricing strategies for new launches and in-line brands.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Ministry of Health, hospital administrators, and payer bodies.
Organize educational events and policy dialogues to support access initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and commercial field colleagues (CFCs) to ensure integrated access planning.
Support PSP (Patient Support Program) design and implementation in collaboration with external partners.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track access KPIs including time-to-listing, coverage expansion, and tender wins.
