Pharmaceutical/Medicine University Degree.
3-4 year Medical Representative experience within Vietnam Pharmaceutical industry
Experience in managerial position within Vietnam pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Proficiency in English

Leadership & coaching skills

Develop, implement and monitor Area Business plan
Build strong relationships and credibility with healthcare professionals to influence the acceptance of Roche products
Together with Key Account Manager & Marketing, build strong relationships and credibility with all key stakeholders to influence the application and approval process for hospital listing
Actively implement company marketing plan with support from Marketing team
Set up database of targeted Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
Actively and monitor his/her team to implement company marketing plan with support from Marketing team, including (but not limited to) promotional educational activities, promotional interactions with individual HCPs on commercial topics
Understand company business strategy, set performance objectives and promotion tasks, motivate team to ensure achievement of Company objectives
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring & training direction to Product Specialist/Executive Product Specialist (PS/EPS)
Conduct performance management, professional development and PS/EPS recruitment
