Requirements:
Functional Skills and knowledge
- Background in commercial, preferably in the Healthcare industry
- Experience in Marketing preferable
- Customer-orientated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical, commercial & financial skills and business sense
- Broad understanding of integrated supply chain best practices, information systems, and tools.
- Excellent strategic planning, problem anticipation, and solving skills.
- Broad understanding of integrated supply chain best practices, information systems, and tools.
Soft skills
- Ability to maintain senior-level customer relationships across multiple customer functional areas.
- Aggressiveness and a strong desire to succeed
Education
- Business/ Marketing degree or degree related Medical/Pharmacist/Engineering Degree
Work experience
- 3-5 years experience, a proven track record in Project Sales and Marketing combined with commercial management experience.
- Experience in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry will be preferable
- Experience in acting as an advisor/expert.

Chi tiết
Responsibilities:
- To acquire new Clients, with a profitable business, in line with DKSH company standards, policy performance, and strategy
- To provide business solutions to meet Customers' and Clients’ needs, via tailor-made offerings, including Freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, logistics services and specialized sales and marketing. To drive business plan preparation and validation of SOP.
- To be responsible for preparation, negotiation, and finalization of new Clients’ contracts and contracts renewals with existing Clients, in the selected fields. To strive to retain existing Clients at overall stable or improved levels of gross margin and EBIT
- To lead the development of BU Healthcare (Medical Devices), with a profitable business, in line with DKSH company standards, policy performance, and strategy
- To be responsible for preparation, negotiation, and finalization of new Clients’ contracts and contracts renewals with existing Clients. To strive to retain existing Clients at overall stable or improved levels of gross margin and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT)
- To lead the development of Business Unit Healthcare (BU HEC) offering of Value Added Services (VAS) to achieve profitable sales target, in accordance with HEC Strategy and BU HEC Vietnam Mission, in view to develop entrance and exit barriers.
