Bioderma – Mintha Care cần tuyền các vị trí sau ở Ha Noi va HCM

Khu vực Hà Nội:

  1. Medical Rep ( Trình dược viên kênh ETC)
  • Meet daily doctor, clinic, hospital
  • Explain our product to increase the prescription
  • Explain the technical part of our product and how it solve skin disease
  • Find new doctor, clinic and hospital

 

  1. Sales Executive ( Trình dược viên kênh OTC)
  • Meet our retailers (cosmetics store, drug store and few pharmacy)
  • They need to increase the sale of Bioderma
  • Roll out our marketing tools
  • Make sure customer respect our policy
  • Make some deal with the customer
  • Train the beauty advisor after the visit
  • Manage the purchase order

 

  1. Sell out specialist
  • Field visit and follow up our biggest customers and retailer (chain pharmacies and cosmetics store)
  • Make sure Bioderma merchandising is well implemented
  • Increase the visibility of the brand by the implementation of bioderma display, merchendising kit.
  • Implement the marking tools according to our promotion plan.
  • Suggest purchase order to the customer if the customer is short of stock. Training of bioderma retailers staff about our product.
  • You are able to advices your customers to developp the sell out.
  • Build a strong relationship with our customer staff and able to manag any sales challenge to them

 

Khu vực HCM

  1. Sales Executive ( Trình dược viên kênh OTC)
  • Meet our retailers (cosmetics store, drug store and few pharmacy)

  1. Sell out Specialist

  1. Product trainer
  • Training / developing staff and customers knowledge about the products
  • Internal training (beauty advisors for BtoC market, Sales and medical team for BtoB market, back office staff when required)
  • External training (partners and retailers’ staff)
  • Through scheduled individual and team training on regular basis
  • Plan and prepare training material and adjust according to needs
  • Animation of external partners (point of sales mainly) to develop sell-out and brand recognition through:
  • Challenges on point of sales
  • Promotional events on point of sales
  • VIP event for best customers
  • Special events for prescribers (medical doctors and staff)
  • You’ll be suggesting action to our customers in order to develop sell out

 

  1. Product specialist
  • Will be in charge of all  medical marketing operation (group discussion + conferences and event with doctors)
  • Relationship with medical KOL
  • Internal training for medical team
  • In charge of all regulatory aspects for Mintha (authorizations of provincial Health service for brochures and leaflets, presentations for conferences, authorizations for organizing events in medical and non medical field at the Provincial Communication service) /  / translating all materials for medical representatives / making sure all marketing materials are legal (terms of use for dermo-cosmetic industry)
