• Fluent English to work directly with foreign expats
• Very good Computer skills (especially Excel)
• Honest, hard-working, mature in communication
• Report writing and time management skills
• Able to work under high pressure & workload

. Consolidate data, documentation for expense claims & reports
• Prepare sales report and other reports within timeline
• Follow-up with team on various reports
• Follow-up contracts, tender dossiers with suppliers/ agencies
• Other sales administration tasks (training logistics arrangement, sales support...)
• Other tasks as request of Business Unit Head
