* In your role as Field Training Manager, you will report to HR Director. Your main duties will be:
· Develop and design suitable field force learning system and modules for the field force teams thus enhancing skills for both Product Specialist & Managers to achieve their set objectives.
· Engage with field personnel by conducting joint-calls with PS, EPS and DM to enhance skill set.
· Work closely with key partners i.e. Medical, HR & Business Unit teams to deliver training plans for the stakeholders.
· Work closely with Field Force and Product Managers to organize appropriate field related training (e.g. disease area training, promotional skill, product training etc.)
* You have University Degree( in Education, Organizational Development, Business/Commerce, Pharmacy or Medicine) or similar. Further qualification, experience, skills and knowledge are:
· Minimum 3 year field force experience
· Minimum 5 year field force management/field management training experience
· Pharmaceutical market experience. Field force effectiveness & development
