▶ WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Medical Representative / Sales Representative position,
at a multinational company (MNC).
- Previous work experiences in rheumatology, gastroenterology, and/or dermatology are preferred.
- Previous work experiences in oncology and hematology are preferred.
▶ SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Good English Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to provinces monthly as required.

- Minimum of Bachelor’s or other higher-level degrees in Pharmacy.

▶ POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Specialist plays a role in the Commercial Department, reporting directly to the District Manager. This position focuses on driving sales growth within the hospital channel, targeting key therapeutic areas. The Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with hospital procurement departments, doctors, and other key stakeholders to promote product adoption and achieve sales targets. The role involves supporting the tender process, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence.

▶ KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Sales and Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement departments, doctors, and other key stakeholders to promote product adoption and drive sales.
- Support the District Manager in identifying and pursuing new hospital accounts to expand market reach.
- Engage in hospital meetings, round table discussions, and workshops to present product benefits and foster partnerships.
(2) Tender Process Support
- Assist in the hospital tender process, ensuring all information is reported on time and updated
- Monitor tender outcomes and provide feedback to the District Manager on bidding success
and areas for improvement.
(3) Sales Strategy Execution
- Implement sales strategies developed by the District Manager to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and growth areas within the hospital channel, reporting findings to the District Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure effective communication of product value.
(4) Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track personal sales performance metrics, including revenue and market share, and report regularly to the District Manager.
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports, tender outcomes, and KOL engagement summaries as required.
(5) Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as a liaison between hospital customers and the District Manager, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards, company policies, and Vietnamese regulations.
