1. Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing (Preferably as Product Specialist, Product Executive or Product Manager
- Experience in Maternal/Women Health is preferred
- English fluency
- Microsoft office fluency

- Strong understanding of marketing and brand management concept and framework

Job Description:
- Develop marketing plan, cycle action plan for the assigned products & co-operates with field force (FF) to implement it successfully
- Build close working relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations
- Provide training to the field force on relevant products and disease knowledge
- Prepare monthly reports which includes analysis on product’s performance vs. target, implementation of promotional activities, information on market situation, proposed plan of action for next month
- Support the field force in their daily works for the matters related to marketing aspect such as meeting KOLs, product presentation at major events, etc
- Responsible for A&P expenses for the assigned products. Ensure expenses are within the approved budget
- Organize promotional activities and prepare promotional materials accordingly to the approved plan
- Maintain close and harmonic relationship with customers
- Maintain high level of product and medical knowledge
- Report to line manager regularly on matters regarding market situation competitor’s activities, health related policy and response from doctors in relation to Ferring products
- Forecasting orders of products
