- Continuously update territory customer segmentation, database and call records
- Develop territory plan of action (POA) based on allocate resources (e.g. call activities, budget) and brand strategies, for optimal business impact
- Deliver key promotional messages within approved detail aids and in line with POA
- Effectively implement field strategy and tactics, POA in accordance with company policies
- Regularly monitor POA to initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
- List products in targeted key accounts with optimal quota
- Build trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating professionalism acting within the Pharma Code of Conduct
- Explore and expand new customers
- Ensure punctual delivery of required reports
- Identify areas for self-development and discuss developmental needs with manager
- Attend & actively participate in sales meetings, product and skills training
- To update knowledge of our products and get competitor’s intelligence as well as sales techniques and perform Competitive intelligence
