Medical Representative ETC

College or University degree in Pharmacy or a related pharmaceutical field.

At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; candidates with experience working at multinational companies or corporations are preferred.

Experience working with the hospital channel, operating rooms, and clinics.

Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

Basic salary ranging from VND 18,000,000 to VND 23,000,000.

Monthly, quarterly, additional performance bonuses, and year-end bonus.

15–18 days of annual leave per year.

Introduce, consult on, and regularly update product information to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions within the ETC channel.

Organize and participate in scientific activities, seminars, and training programs to promote products.

Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers in hospitals, clinics, and hospital pharmacies.

Monitor and update market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; provide timely feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams.

Ensure accurate and complete management and updating of customer data.

Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize business performance and support colleagues when required.
