Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and passion for achieving results.

Overall Job Purpose:
As a Medical Representative, you are a key partner in advancing women’s and men’s health. In this role, you will manage both hospitals and private clinics, focusing on therapies that make a real difference in obstetrics, gynecology, and andrology.
you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver innovative solutions, and help ensure patients receive the care they deserve. Every conversation you have, every product you promote, contributes to improving lives and shaping the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve goals and profitability.
- Monitor territory performance and implement strategies to maximize market share.
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs in hospitals and private clinics.
- Identify new opportunities and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Product Promotion
- Promote assigned products according to marketing campaigns and compliance guidelines.
- Gain formulary acceptance and drive product usage in relevant accounts.
Reporting & Compliance
- Record call reports and update CRM systems accurately and on time.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Market Intelligence
- Provide timely feedback on HCP insights, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to adapt strategies to changing conditions.
