Requirements and Skills:
- Medical University degree
- 3-5 years' experience as a Medical Affairs Manager in multinational pharmaceutical companies
- Broad knowledge of general medicine; experience with AB meetings, Phase IV studies, and IITs in relevant therapeutic areas is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
- Proficient in planning and executing scientific studies
- Strong networking skills, including collaboration with internal teams

Key responsibilities
- Liaises and supports development of key and regional external experts (KEE/REE, e.g leader of relevant university hospitals) with Sales & Marketing teams.
- Provides high quality medical and scientific support / communications to internal and external customers (e.g advisory board meetings, national/regional training courses/workshops together with KEE/REE, support of speakers with presentations and literature research, local CME presentations, review of promotional materials, internal product trainings, market access activities).
- Maintains high level of scientific and technical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas/products. Develops and increases knowledge of medical literature. Prepares and presents critical reviews of scientific publications and congresses, internally and externally. Attends national and international scientific meetings
- Manages Phase IV studies and IIT and ensures that proposals are aligned with medical objectives within Ferring locally and globally. This includes the whole process according to the SOP. Furthermore, study projects need to be in line with commercial objectives
- Involves in strategic planning on medical activities in alignment with marketing strategy
- Monitors competitor medical activities.
- Completes necessary documentations in order to ensure knowledge preservation (CRM reports). Use necessary tools to develop and follow up on strategic measures (project plans)
- Review the contents in the promotional materials/ presentations which are submitted to MOH/ SOH and speaker presentations
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of MSLs to ensure high performance and scientific excellence.
- Set objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews for the MSL team.
- Guide MSLs in building strong relationships with KOLs and delivering medical insights from the field
- Answers product-specific FAQ’s from medical and pharmaceutical customers as needed
- Act as Local Compliance Champion
