Yêu cầu
- Last-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Commitment to full-time work (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (agencies, vendors, internal teams).
- Attention to detail with a focus on timelines and deliverables.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Digital savvy
- Customer service and interaction on digital platforms.
- Basic data tracking and reporting
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player with a positive & learning mindset.

Position: Marketing Intern (Full-time, 6-month contract)
Allowance: 6,000,000 VND per month.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Intern supports the Product Manager in executing digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives across Zalo OA and TikTok Shop. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world marketing operations, including content creation, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and customer service. The intern will also assist in general administrative tasks and contribute fresh ideas to elevate brand visibility.
1. OTC Digital & Activation
- Coordinate with agencies to track overall timelines and detailed implementation milestones.
- Collaborate with the Brand Lead to:
- Monitor and control execution plans.
- Track progress of deliverables including:
- Marketing materials / POSM / Communication assets
- Promotional gifts
- Communication content (key messages, visuals, copy)
- Event flow and on-site execution
- Work with vendors/agencies to:
- Collect quotations, mockups, and production plans.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and consolidate checklists before, during, and after activations; provide quick post-activation reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
2. Pediatrics Support
a. Branding Activities
- Coordinate with agencies and support direct collaboration with the Pediatrics Brand Manager.
- Review and validate KOC/KOL content for Ceelin & Ceelin+Z to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, key messages, and compliance standards.
- Manage campaign timelines: briefing, outline approval, content review, and publication.
- Consolidate lists of KOCs/KOLs, campaign content, and posting schedules.
b. Performance Management
- Monitor and collect business performance data for Pediatrics products.
- Conduct market research on competitors, consumer behavior, and shopper insights.
- Propose, plan, and execute sales development programs to drive product growth.
- Support other activities aimed at strengthening Pediatrics product performance.
3. Innovation & Learning
- Propose creative ideas and trends relevant to digital marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with platform developments and social media trends.
