1. Summary: Support in upgrading/ building up all promotional materials for OTC FS as well as Acare web/app content and product launching. - Reporting directly to: Therapeutic Area & NPI Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Medical, Sales, Finance & Agencies
- Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh.
2. Core job responsibilities: Communication material building: - Support BM/TA to monitor timeline, following up with key stakeholder & completion current communication assets as planned (including CLM material, product & message priority for each of target customer, educational video/ KV).
- Prepare and ensure the approval status for use of promotion materials (brochure, leaflet, CLM, GP Slide deck, ….).
- Building marketing materials and deploying activities for pharmacies to enhance company’s branding
Launch Support: - Support BM in arranging TA key events (pre - launch activities via conducting stakeholders’ engagement meeting, tracking and evaluating launch progress).
- Work with relevant functions to prepare for the launching activities during pre-launch period.
- Track and monitor the KPIs to measure the success of the new launch
- Co-ordinate with other functions to support sales team in deployment of launch plan.
- Work with Sales & Trade Marketing teams to deploy marketing activities for new launch
- Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets.
- Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.
Others administrative tasks - Planning & producing & allocating gimmick for total TA with prior alignment with BM
- Collect sales data and other data sources to spot patterns and provide inputs to analyze & generate insights.
- Connect key stake holders for meeting arrangement under PM/ TA guideline.
