● Understanding HTA model (BIA & CEA)
● Cooperating with HTA agencies to conduct HTA model
● Cooperating with PAP agencies to conduct PAP
● Monitoring the implementation PAP at hospitals
● MOH committees relevant for market access decision-making
● Pricing and/or Reimbursement authorities
● HTA & PAP Agencies
● Public market formulary listing agencies (e.g. public health insurance, gov’t funded health programs, gov’t tenders, public hospital drug formulary committees)
● Understand the customer need at organizational and decision-makers levels
● Lay out short- and long-term account access vision, goals, key strategies and tactics
● Lead the execution of strategic partnership at the assigned MA authorities/ committees
● Monitor competitors’ strategies and prepare appropriate Market access responses
● Monitor closely changing dynamics in terms of access policies & conditions, such as pricing, reimbursement, formulary listing, other relevant payer policies & guidelines, and, where applicable, tender specifications.
● Ensure quality and timely submission
● Support market access manager in pricing negotiation
● Coordinate to sales team, tender team to ensure tender winning for Hospital OOP business (tender winning all SKUs)
● Organize product profile presentation in align with the Drug/ Tender committee/ Insurance body (in cooperation with marketing- and promotion team)
