WHAT ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Good communication (both English & Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting the company’s talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
THE CRITICAL TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM
- Talent acquisition partner (80%)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- HR Administrator Support (20%)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed
