Yêu cầu

1. Internal & External Stake holder:
- Direct report to get instructions
- Head of Retail Channel Consumer Brand
- Field force/
- Marketing team
- Office team
- Outside the company: HCP
2. Competency:
- Good foundation in Digital Marketing
- Excellent time management and outstanding multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to details and ability to meet strict deadlines

3. Education, Training, Qualifications: Pharmacy
4. Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical & have knowledge Digital marketing
5. Personality: Good communication, inter – personal relationship
6. Physical Requirement: Fit and healthy.
7. Age: Minimum 27 years old.
8. Languages: English and Vietnamese

Chi tiết

A. Work with MKT (70%):
- Responsible and participate in the development of Digital Marketing strategy in all channels: ETC, OTC, …
o Execute online campaigns including Global Online Webinar, Global Online Microsoft Team Event, 3rd Party's Online Webinar, Online Group Presentation, Online Webinar Pharmacy, Online In-store... that leverage Product Key Messages with HCPs engagement and facilitate business growth and customer engagements
o Be responsible for setting customer journey for online communication using Besins digital platforms including Typeform; MailChimp; Survey application, Besins websites, social media (Facebook, Youtube)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and access against objectives
- Set up tracking method & online campaign structure
- Ready preparation as Speaker for Key Brand Messages in Online campaigns as needed
- Follow-up & tracking expenses of digital activities to keep effective allowed budget in control
- Ensure timely execution and production of key digital deliverables: communications and supports

B. Work with KOL (30%):
- Works in the field with Field Force to identify HCP insights relevant for Online campaigns
- Identify key KOLs to develop as Speakers aligned Digital Marketing strategy
- Work with key KOLs for develop medical content/slide set for Online campaigns
- Arrangement key KOLs' logistics for Online campaigns

C. Work in conjunction with other departments: Office staffs, Field Force… or agencies, third parties if needed
