1. Territory management
• Within the representative office’s permitted activities.
• Implement educational plans for products in-charge.
• Recognize the opportunities to develop educational plans in assigned territories.
• Arrange weekly/monthly action plan about the working activities.
• Ensure the covering and frequency of visits of target HCPs.
• Focus and update target HCPs.
• Manage and organize working activities properly.
• Establish professional relationships with HCPs in order to provide information of in charge products
• Provide products knowledge/information to target audiences based on action plan and educational plan.
• Ensure link and transmission of information about the works and business activities to Managers (DM, RM, Marketing) by telephone, email and face to face.
• Carry out market researches through allowed activities under pharmaceutical regulations and updating the relevant information as directed by the management from time to time.
• Other assignments as allocated by the representative office from time to time
2. Product knowledge
• Know thoroughly product knowledge.
• Communicate the features and benefits of product to HCPs in every call visit.
• Deliver key message of product in per call.
3. Reports: On time (monthly work plan, activities plan, monthly report...)
4. Compliance: Ensure activities and communications align with Pfizer’s Code of conduct

• Achieve assigned target; Achieve the standards of product knowledge and communication skill
