- At least 2-year of experience in a similar position.
- Pharmacist background is a must
- College/University/College graduation - Medical/ Pharmacy/Economic faculty is preferable.
- Good communication & negotiation, customer's analysis & appraise

- Build up & develop good relationship with customers ( Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies)
- Implement the determined marketing plans & programs
- Develop & implement business strategies & action plans for the assigned territories.
- Lead & manage the assigned Med Rep resources
- Plan business travel schedule & prepare monthly required reports
- Control expenses aligned with approved annual budget effectively
